Pipping on the side!!! IS this bad?

Hi! Our egg is 23 days along and just now we see a pip on the side of the egg, not the larger end... Should we do anything, will it be ok?

Most eggs do pip more on the side than towards the top of the egg.

That's perfectly normal. They will generally pip on the side, closer to the large end, rarely right on the large end. So sounds like everything is going well.
