Did you ever hatch eggs in winter? ( I am only asking because I never did and I need some advice because I cant decide if I should incubate or not)

No. I hatched in early spring.

When I get home I'll check if the water I removed helped lower the humidity back to 50-55%. From now on, I'll only be adding water when it goes to 40%

I'm keeping my d'uccle eggs.
Just comparing Blue (hand raised) and Darwin (Broody raised). Both are friendly and follow me around. But when I pick up Darwin, she acts like I'm gonna turn her into a nugget.
When I crouch down to see Blue, she squeezes herself under me and falls asleep! So sweet!

I notice the same difference

I removed the majority of the water from the inside as well.
Hope I can get stable humidity (40%-55%) by day 4

I don't know how to lower it, it's set to 37.5C on the incubator.
