I saw your post about your dog saving your last 2... im so sorry about your babies. I had just been thinking of crooksie

The neighbor warned me that there are fox that wander the yards here. She actually approached me when she realized i had chickens. Hoping the coop builder will be done soon so i can secure them better.

The neighbor warned me that there are fox that wander the yards here. She actually approached me when she realized i had chickens. Hoping the coop builder will be done soon so i can secure them better.

That day he actually saved 4 girls and 3 roosters. 6 girls were killed in their run and another one had her head pulled off throught the fence(the other chickens were in my backyard). Crooksie was fine. She actually screamed all night long because she wanted more food But a week later my gate was left open and she was a bit too curious for her own good... R. I. P Crooksie. I really miss her every day
