already??? nothing happening in mine. I keep trying to pretend it's not there. I have 12 eggs in and it's my first time incubating. I hope they hatch!

I originally set 40 eggs. Some had to have started developing earlier than others.
I'm sure i'll have a FULL 48 hour hatch.

I was reading on another forum that bantams can take just 19 days to incubate.

What types are you guys all hatching again? (the ones that are getting early hatchers I mean)? Are they bantams?

muddipuppy, don't worry- you don't necessarily want your chicks out early.... I had to stay away from the incubator and even left the house on day 21 so I wouldn't obsess! If your temps have been good you should be fine.

And don't feel bad, I have 0 eggs hatching. I threw away my last two a couple days ago. They were rotten. Seller sent me infertile eggs and the PO scrambled the ones that were fertile....oh well...
