Here is my newest edition to the family. These are Jersey Giant eggs that I purchased from Maria Hall. This is the 2nd batch that I have purchased from her and I got 100% hatch rate and this is only my 3rd incubation. These babies started pipping on day 20 and were completly hatched on 21.

One question for you. Did you have any different reading from you digital thermometer and your Mercury thermometer? I have the same one. And the two are off a few degrees from each other.

Congrats - I have the same bator and I got 100% hatch on my last batch too!

I mainly focus on the digital thermometer. In all honest, I can toss the mercury thermometer.

I agree that this hatch was a little more messier than the 2 that I have done previously. I also noticed that they began to poop alot earlier than my previous hatches for some reason.

What type of incubator did you use
