I LUV this thread :old :love I bake an assortment of types. Many are without meat. But of course the taco one has it,, as well as the pepperoni. I do not like greasy pizzas,,, Many of those result with using lower grade cuts of Italian sausage.
This thread give me ideas on using different ingredients. :thumbsup

Made 2 pizzas last night.
This before baking shows how I like to arrange pepperoni. One pound of dough, one pound of Mozzarella, and 5 OZ, pepperoni. The pan is standard cookie sheet.

One cheese only, and the other pepperoni. I like to cut in squares. I think squares is a Chicago pizza style of cutting. Oh,,,, those thingies in the rear, well a good dinner deserves a dessert:drool:drool:drool

I usually make my quantity recipe for 4 pizzas. Since I only made 2,,, decided to bake these cute 1 pound mini loaves. Same dough as pizza, but shaped each different, The longer one is topped with sunflower seeds. The round one I dusted with Italian Seasoning prior to baking.:drool:drool:drool
