Places in the US where No Idiots Live

Is there a nice, cheerful place in the United States in which no rude or idiotic people live? For example, where the folks are like they were during the time of Andy Griffith and I Love Lucy - they drove decent, spoke decent, and acted decent. Just wonderin'.

My advice is to buy a house with no close neighbors, stay home a lot and be careful who you invite over.
