Day 21

Plank l2 120 sec

Side plank l2 40 sec lt side and 50 sec rt side

reverse plank 70 sec
~~Day 22

Plank l2 120 sec

Side plank l2 40 sec lt side and 40 sec rt side

reverse plank 70 sec

airplane 90 sec

I went ahead and started airplane early
 
Yesterday was Day 1 for me.

P1 - 60 sec
SPL - 45 sec
SPR - 45 sec
RP - 50 sec

I'm going to do the exercises more than once today and try to bring the times up.
 
They look pretty good to me! Last night I fell over at about 5 seconds and started over again on one of my side planks. I was looking up to see what they were talking about on the tv. Hmmmm, watching tv while doing yoga poses - somehow I think that is not really what you are supposed to be doing!

Front L2: 40 sec
Left L1: 30 sec
Right L1: 30 sec

Can't remember what my base numbers were so don't know if this was 10 sec longer or not. I'm feeling it more today than day 1.

Sorry just must have missed the day 1 post. Yes you wouldn't think you would feel it as much since it is such a little thing. lol
 
Day Two

P1 - 70 sec
SPL - 45 sec
SPR - 45 sec
RP - 40 sec

I made three attempts today, so I'm only recording my best times. I backslid on the reverse plank. Felt wobbly. My arms are a little sore, but I'm not giving up.
