PL2 - 95 sec
SPL - 65 sec
SPR - 65 sec
RP - 40 sec

Day 11

PL2 - 90 sec
SPL - 60 sec
SPR - 60 sec
RP - 40 sec

Day 12

PL2 - 80 sec
SPL - 50 sec
SPR - 50 sec
RP - 30 sec

Day 13

PL2 - 80 sec
SPL - 60 sec
SPR - 60 sec
RP - 45 sec

Lots of flue going around at school. I was feeling a bit under the weather and thought I might have been exposed to a flue bug. I'm feeling much, much better (no more headache), so maybe it was just allergies or sinus problems.

Still very sore from the work out at the gym

Haven't had a lot of time to post. I've got a gap of about six days I didn't do the exercises. I think I'll just keep moving forward from Day 17. Thanks, Bardies, for the PM. : )

Work has changed the settings on the computer so I can't post while there. But I've been side tracked too w/ the trainer, well not w/ him w/ the residual muscle pain after he is finished w/ me.


Awesome that you guys are hanging in there and great to have a newcomer. I will post some numbers today.
