Plank Challenge anyone????

Last night I got all side tracked designing a foundation quilt block pattern. I have been trying to applique quilt (for the first time) for an upcoming swap. Anyway was completely frustrated w/ the results, so decided to try and design a foundation pattern (also a first, designing anyway) finally got it finished and figured out, it is a folk artsy rooster it ended up having 10 sections and 35 ish pieces, but by the time I got finished I was so tired I just went to bed.

My plan for the one legged airplane is going to be w/ raised leg bent and a finger on the wall for balance control, we'll see if it makes it any better. (I plan on straightening the leg once I get good enough at the bent leg version)

I agree - I think too, that if you refine the pose with the straightened raised leg - that more muscles get worked more correctly...

I'm happy for the advances people have made. I'm struggling to keep up with housework, weekend daycare, and work. Maybe I can start this again this summer : )
