Playhouse to Coop :)

Last spring my husband built me a lovely chicken coop. It is going to become the Silkie coop and this playhouse will become the new home to the other hens. Any ideas or tips on how to convert it. The Silkies are still in the 'bator so I've got some time

It's finished! The house is 7 1/2 x 9 1/2 the run is 6x7 I was rreally worried about screwing into the plastic, but it worked out just fine. I removed the plexiglass from some of the windows & put hardware cloth between the frame.
