Please advise, hen sick and not getting better!!

Are you giving her the calcium supplement I suggested? If not, that is what she needs. Do it. If you have been giving the supplement each day, continue with it. It can require several days or several weeks of this daily supplement to correct her laying difficulties.

It's not a given that this hen has the same issues as the hen who died. At any rate, that hen is in the past, this hen is to be dealt with now. Calcium is what she needs.

It's possible that two eggs per cycle are causing the problem. Another soft egg could be in the works. Calcium will help supply the shell gland so that it reduces the risk of sudden death syndrome from blood calcium being drained to supply the shell and causing a heart attack. The supplement will both supply calcium and regulate the cycle.

Yes, did that first thing! Have her isolated in ICU, I know usually they're supposed to be kept in a darkened room, but I know they need light to properly lay, so should I be doing that as well?

I learned this from my 4-H instructor (who is very knowledgable about chickens) that instead of the ice in the water, you put frozen water bottles in their coop so that they can sit on or by them and cool down.
