please advise me.....alittle help

i'm not to happy right now and really upset with my self.     went out today to feed the ladies and when i opened the door
to the pen they started rushing the door for worms on the ground, so one barred rock almost got out so i had to grab
her...kinda grabbed her,didn't mean to .     so now she won't get up ,she lays in one spot i think her wing is hurt.

what should i do?  i'm thinking the worse here .

Give her a bit and check on her again. I have a rooster that after he's caught will just lay on the ground until you go away. I think he's "playing dead" a hurt wing won't stop her from getting up. Check her legs if she'll let you.
