Please advise- not sure how to treat this HELP!

The 5 older birds most likely have a respiratory disease introduced by the 2 younger birds that were carriers. You shouldve quarantined the 2 birds for at least 30 days.
The vents and feathers need to be cleansed on your older birds so you can identify whether it's poop, dirt or mites. The 2 new pullets that are listless and have bloody diarrhea sounds like cocci and need to be dosed with corid 9.6% oral solution. It can be found in the cattle section at your feed store, or try ordering it online.
As for the respiratory disease, there's no telling which one it is, maybe MG. Here's a link to poultry respiratory diseases:

I recommend treating respiratory disease with denegard. It can be purchased online from QC Supply or call them. Good luck.

I really regret not quaranting tham the older birds are my first flock and I have been very protective of them, not sure I did what I did but now just have to move forward and help them the best I can. Thank you for you response, it is great to hear from you. Should I cleanse with just plain water, thank you for your recommendations.

If you worm, use ivermectin. I recently lost a bunch of birds to what I thought was an illness. I had been deworming with Wazine so assumed it was not worms. The vet that came out said Wazine was not very effective. I dosed with Ivermectin and everyone started looking better very quickly. My birds were very lethargic and had wet vents and looked very pale. Pick your birds up and see if they've lost weight. If not, then I would bet on the cocci.
