Please can someone help me? First hatch and its day 24

Well I had one hatch yesterday morining, its still not dry and has a tiny bit of yolk sac its still working on. It has been 24 hours now, why is it not dry? Should it take this long? The chock still seems really weak too. I left it in the bator like I was told but 24 hours later and I'm kinda worried. Sould I go ahead and give it water? It's trying to walk but something is up I just dont know what! Any advice?!

I had one that wasn't drying and she was listless. I took her out and gave her some water and dried her til she was fluffy in a washcloth. Hope that helps!

Well I tried and it died this morning, it was just way to weak.
