The colt sank in the corner, frowning, and scared. He whimpered sadly, and began to cry.

Claire walked over to him, and cuddled up next to him, embracing him and holding him close.

The colt whined, trying to get out of her arms.

"No problem." She said, before there was a blinding light and she dissapeared, along with any memory of her.

Xanthe met up with her through the pool. "I saw the whole thing," she said, smiling. "Great job. But just to let you know, we cannot heal them nessicarily every time there is a sickly foal. It can wear out a herd's power, I've seen it happen before."

"I'm sorry, I should've asked first before I went down to heal her." She said, lowering her head.

"Don't be sorry. You had no idea," she replied. "Besides, no power of ours went down yet. We just have to be careful about who we're healing and what we're doing."

Claire let go of him and stood up. She opened the stall door and looked at him, wondering if he wanted to stay or leave.

"Alright, I shall be. Thank you for informing me." She said dipping her head gratefully.

"I suppose so." She said. She lightly touched the filly's side's with her horn. A small "ding" could be heard and the filly's side began to glow a lgith golden color, which soon dissapeared. That lung was clean, now for the other. She did the same to the other lung, cleaning it quickly and quietly. "There, that should be good."

"Thanks." Aspen said blankly.

Americus blinked, registering what had just happened. He galloped to Aspen and the filly. "Is she alright?"

The colt plopped down hard on the ground, and whined loudly. He knew he didn't want to leave, because he had no place to go.

"Of course," remarked Xanthe as she took a sip of the cool water.
