It looks like one copy of dominate white over barring.
I have some birds that are barred and mottled that are similar to that also.

In the interest of time I just used screenshots so you can read the background of this bird. I went back to the property to see her clutch mate apparently left for greener pastures he's still on the lookout for him he may be at a neighbor's property.
