I am reading up on treating with Denegard. I have read the dosage for treatment as 15cc or preventative is 8cc per gallon of water. Now, My question is do you dispense every time you fill the waters? I fill my 2-3 times a day for my 30 hens..

When you treat for a specific amount of time for any antibiotic, you would keep the same concentration in the water 24 hours a day for a specific number of days. Here is some info for you:

Thank you. I've been reading all the posts I can find on Denegard. I am trying to treat for Mycoplasma gallisepticum (which I had posted about three hens with swollen areas around eyes back in Jan.) and it appears that Denegard works well for this and it has no withdrawal period for eggs from what I have been reading. I just wasn't sure if it was a once a day treatment or every time I filled the waters treatment schedule.
