PLEASE HELP! 8 week old badly pecked!

Thank yaou. I definately have been watching as closely as i can. I decided to keep the uoungers ones seperated feom the older fals fornsevera mire weeks. I am so worried about them all the time now. Its wierd, after i took the injurred banty into the house a few days ago i noticed the old gals turned on one their own and pecked a hole in her back and pecked out some of her feathers. I put the veteycin and peck no more on her and it stopped but still dont understand why they dis that. Ive been reapplying it but just wonder if theyll start again. And not sure if its one or all.

I read from someone on here before that if you have one or two that are being bullies, take those out of the coop for a couple of days. When you read introduce them to the flock they should fall to the bottom of the pecking order. I haven't had to try that yet but it apparently worked for someone else
