I’m so sorry to hear, i once had a very sick hen who was dying and was in a lot of pain, I gave her the tiniest bit of human pain meds/muscle relaxer pill and that seemed to help her gain some strength back, just take a very tiny bit a shove it in her beak and she will swallow iti think i need help asap shes in a lot of pain all of the sudden and is making weird noises

I am rooting for your little hen, just remember to keep the area clean and you could also try and make a contraption that could hold her vent in (just an idea,I’m not even sure it’s possible)
Yeah i hope that someone will helpI don't want to give you the wrong advice
But I'm not sure any one is online to help. Let's try tagging more people

I used iproffen I think wich just relaxes she muscles, I only used a tiny tiny amount and because the vet recommended it to meI wouldnt try using pain meds, other than aspirin
Aspirin can be okay for ducks, I know that much, I expect it should be okay for chickens too. But only a very small dose. Perhaps 30mg for a small hen, what breed is she?
