Make sure he is getting niacin and brewers yeast, that will help his strength.

I'm going to look for brewers yeast today... what about niacin??

At this point you really should consider a vet. They’d be able to deal with everything probably in one visit and give you all your support drugs and supplements.
I know it’s hard to see our feathered friends like this. I just had a duck with botulism but got her to the vet and she’s made a full recovery.

Niacin can be ordered on amazon, and you need to flush out the wound with a sterile solution and get ANTISEPTIC OINTMENT on it.

All the niacin in the world won’t save a duck that’s got a maggot, untreated wound, and starvation problem. Those three really ought to be top priority. If you can amazon prime some niacin supplements while you’re at it, then great, but it’ll be for nothing if he doesn’t start eating or can’t fight an infected wound

I would be more than glad to help further in this thread, but you don't seem to be taking our advice. If he's not eating, he will pass eventually, its just a matter of time. Syringe feeding him by mouth will not be adequate enough, you need to buy a tube and start tubing feeding him.
