There is no vet around me that sees ducksAt this point you really should consider a vet. They’d be able to deal with everything probably in one visit and give you all your support drugs and supplements.
I know it’s hard to see our feathered friends like this. I just had a duck with botulism but got her to the vet and she’s made a full recovery.

Syringe??You really need to start tube feeding him/find a vet that can very soon, or he will pass.
All the niacin in the world won’t save a duck that’s got a maggot, untreated wound, and starvation problem. Those three really ought to be top priority. If you can amazon prime some niacin supplements while you’re at it, then great, but it’ll be for nothing if he doesn’t start eating or can’t fight an infected wound
