This yellow stuff just came out of one of my newly hatched chicks. I am kind o worried I have been researching it for the past ten minutes and I can’t find anything that’s sounds like it! Is that normal? What is it?

No... can chill the chick. Keep it dry.

And don't use water to moisten membranes, use coconut oil or antibiotic ointment.
I work on assisting under a utility lamp low to table, adds warmth and I can see better.

I had 4 chicks hatch! One of them was an assisted hatch, but it is doing fine now!
