PLEASE HELP!! ASAP

Hi! Just wondering if anyone has seen this before? Its hanging out of his butt and at the end his penis I think.
I thought he just froze his penis to ice, and when I went to bathe him in Epsom salt and warm water. I felt it, and it wasnt cold. Theres also blood?
Hes a pekin. He seems to be acting alright. Please help.

I’ve never experienced this but I think it’s a prolapse

I agree it's a prolapse, but there seems to be additional injury. Maybe from pecking or some other trauma

Not with such a huge area at the tip. I’d def let him soak so you can get better pics of this area. Is a vet an option they can take off the worst of this.
