When I did mine I used sharp, sterilized scizzors.

I wasn't sure what to expect, so I made three cuts. Each time I got a little braver and took off more.

Okay, well apparently it fell off when I went back out. Theres blood, what do I do besides soak again?

It needs to be cleaned and I'm thinking he needs antibiotics. Cage him and hopefully the bleeding stops.

Is any still hanging out? If so, can you get a picture of it? If any is still hanging out you will need to determine if the tissue is healthy. If not healthy, it would be best to remove the diseased tissue. If healthy, clean it really well and re-insert the penis.
