PLEASE HELP! Bloody chicken stool

Starting yesterday I have been seeing some bloody poops and I’m starting to get really worried. They are acting fine for now but I want to try to get ahead of any problems. Could this be coccidiosis or parasites? If anyone knows what this could be and what to do please let me know I really appreciate it. Here are some pictures I took of the poops all today.

How old are your birds? And do you have a droppings board for their poops at night? (This is just a start - I don't know a massive amount, but others will hop on.)

Are they hunched over?
Are they eating and drinking?
And how old are they?
Coccidiosis typically doesn't affect older birds but it isn't unheard of.
