CHICK IS BREATHING WITH MOUTH OPEN AND HE MAKES A CLICKY SOUND WHEN CLOSING AND OPENING HIS BEAK STILL EAT AND DRINKS NORMALLY THEIR BROODER IS 88 DEGREES AND HE IS A ROCK CORNISH ALONG WITH 2 OTHE CORNISH AND A JERSEY GIANT AND 2 COCHINS I SAW THAT ITS OPEN MOUTH BREATHING AND THEY HAVE ARESPIRATORY DISEASE ANYINE KNOW WHAT I COULD GIVE

It may be Gapeworm? Does your chicken look like it is gaping for air?
I bought gapeworm treatment and sorted out the issue but requires redose after a couple of weeks

It started like 2 or 3 days ago but he didnt breathe like that he was just by himself and didnt move much unless he wanted to eat or drink they have only gone outside three times is there anyway I can record a video because it say it can publish the vid cause its mp4

Sorry to hear that. Try a poultry bird wormer treatment that states it treats gape worm - not all bird wormers treat gape worm so read the instructions or ask your local pet supplies as they should be able to get it in stock. Good luck!

This chick is too young to have a gapeworm.

How old is this chick now and for how long did you allow outside time? Did they have a heat source while outside?

Do you see the photos now or are you using a phone?

The chick looks like it is only a few days old, max. 7-10 days I suppose.
