It's located near the middle of her back. I can see about that. Sounds like I need a day trip to get some medicine for my chickens! Since I am in Canada, not everything down there is up here, sadly. :-/@azygous had it right on the first few posts!
Where is that wound located on her body?
I would just continue to keep it clean, apply the neosporin like you have been doing. It won't hurt to give a few injections of penicillin if you have it.
See that she is eating and drinking. Don't change up her diet too much - if she will eat her normal feed that would be great! A little treat of egg for protein is o.k.
I think she will be fine as long as nothing gets infected. In the photo, I don't see a bird in extreme pain at this time. Take a deep breath, you're doing good

I just found her wandering around the house which is good because she had enough strength to hop out of the basket.
Something I forgot to mention is that my sister saw my neighbour go down to lock up their chickens with his dog on Saturday or Sunday (said my sister) and a little while after she saw him petting Sparx so I think that was the day she got attacked. Thank you very much. It hurts me to see an animal in pain so much, especially a chicken.
