One of my neighbours chickens was attacked by their new dog. There's a deep puncture and a wound beside it. What can I do? According to them she was attacked last night and they just left her in the coop. I'm afraid it's too late for her but maybe there's a chance.

She's pooping yellow poop and all huddled up. I really really love her and I want her to survive.

Her wounds need cleaning immediately. And with a puncture wound, she needs an oral antibiotic. If your neighbors do not want to do any of these things, it's there decision, but you could urge them to at least end her suffering.
They’re not home currently and they said we could look after her. I put Neosporin on it and she has electrolytes. I realize that, sadly. I'd like to do as much as possible for her right now and if worse comes to worse, we'll cull her.

Go by her behavior in judging whether to euthanize. If she is fading, lethargic, puffed up, no appetite, not vocal, eyes closed, tail held low and flat, not moving around, those are all signs she is in a lot of pain and quite possibly has severe internal injuries, and infection may have already taken hold.

If on the other hand, she is perky, eating, vocal, and moving around, then there is hope of recovery. In that case, her wounds need thorough cleaning with soap and water or flushed with sterile saline, then dressed with an antibiotic ointment. The ointment does not take the place of an oral antibiotic such as penicillin. The puncture wound has a lot of bacteria in it from the dog's teeth and saliva. This bacteria has already taken hold in her body and can't be washed away or treated with an ointment. Only an antibiotic can help her body fight off this bacteria. Without treatment, such a wound can kill her in just a few days.

She's lying down right now. She's chatting once in a while, not sure if because of pain or not.

What type of soap? I was reading about anti bacteria soap and I don't have any. See my mother has quite severe health problems at the moment and she can not drive so I can't just go out and get those things sadly. Is there any natural ways to help? I'm willing to try anything. I hope that this experience will make my neighbours more cautious about the dog next time.

If it were me, I’m no expert, I’d clean it really well and clip some feathers back to get a better view. That picture honestly doesn’t look that bad. I’ve seen much worse on here and they recover. You’ll want to make sure the puncture doesn’t go into anything vital. A picture from farther back will help show the location so we can all give better guidance.
