Please help ! Chickens are all getting sick

So I’m new to chickens and a couple days ago one of my Hens started putting its neck forward, opening its mouth and making noises and violently shaking its head , then the next day it’s eyes were closed and it barley moved and didn’t eat or drink , now it has bubbles in its eyes and I have seperated her but I’m afraid I waited to long because another one is starting to stick her neck out and open her mouth just like she did anyone know what is going on, I’m afraid they are all going to get it

Mycoplasma respiratory infection it was it sounds like I would separate the two that have got it ( it very likely over birds will catch as it is highly infectious) I’m not an expert but it looks like the only way to treat is antibiotic I’m sorry if some of this is incorrect experts feel free to correct me oh and I forget to tag @Weeg

Bubbles in the eyes along with respiratory symptoms you describe can be a good indicator you are dealing with Mycoplasma. There are several other respiratory diseases that can be similar, so without testing you wouldn't know for sure.

Flush the eyes with saline and try to keep them cleared out. You can put an eye ointment in the eyes - Terramycin eye ointment is a good choice.

Do what you can to clean the mucous from the nostrils. When you get a chance, please look inside their beaks and throats too for signs of white or yellow pasty material.

For Mycoplasma, Tylosin (Tylan) is a good antibiotic to use to treat symptoms. Mycoplasma has no cell wall so Penicillins are not effective. You can order Tylosin online (links below).

I agree, if you are seeing another bird starting to become symptomatic, then possibly separation would be a good idea. Generally you only want to treat birds that are symptomatic.
How many birds do you have together?
Respiratory diseases are contagious and Mycoplasma will make birds carriers for life even if they recover. Birds that are housed with or near the sick birds are also considered carriers regardless if they become ill or not.

Just a note - some may also use Baytril for treatment of symptoms. It's very good antibiotic, but do be aware that Baytril is banned for use in poultry.
