Please help! Chick's face is GREEN with blood all over his face!

Well, he's doing alright, chirping, eating and drinking normally. The green color in his face is lessening, but he still shakes his head a lot and acts dizzy. Poor little guy.

I just went out to find my cockerel's face green and blue (I'm guessing bruising?) with blood all over his eyes and face. His tiny comb has been severed so that there are little to no points left. I don't know what to do. Should I clean his face? There are no open wounds visible. I don't know what could have caused this either!

Help!

(Pics will be added soon.)
I'M SO SORRY TELL HIM I HOPE HE FEELS BETTER

Poor guy just keep him in while he heals. My NN was brought inside a couple weeks ago one of the older (By 3 weeks) chickens got him good ripped open his chin and plucked his neck feathers out,he was in shock when my kids found him I tended to my little guy and he is now back with the flock though he is a little more cautious around the older ones. You can barely tell that he was attacked other than the new pins coming in on his neck. Chin healed nicely as well as the neck freaked me out though because he was so bloodied and limp. I hope he heals quick. Hopefully the dizziness will go away in time as well.
