please help day 18..PICS. They've grown up. 16 week update post #318

Actually, if that's 0.4 of a square meter, that would equal 4.2 square feet, which matches the recommendations on here. (0.6 of a sq. meter = 6.3 sq. ft. (kathyinmo's figures are correct for linear meters-to-feet conversion, but not if they're squared.)
Just tryin' to help!

Both, participating when needed and supervising the rest of the time. I may be kicked off the team though as I think my father may be getting sick of my supervising.

Me. "It's a bit crooked don't you think"
"those things are a bit out"
"shouldn't you be doing it this way"
"are you sure thats right"
"no that's deffinately wrong"
"that bit there is a bit wobbly"

And my favourite "are you sure it's big enough?"
"i think it is a bit small"
"maybe we should be making it bigger"
"now that I look at it properly it is deffinately too small"
"is it really too late to make it bigger"
"oh well, I guess we can always make another" I love the look of horror on his face when I say that.

You're so welcome! Glad I could help!
Re: supervising: that's why I end up doing these things myself -- my husband can't stand me looking over his shoulder and commenting. LOL! As soon as I get a spot leveled out, I will start working on fixing up a big Rubbermaid shed I just bought on clearance to be our chicken coop, and then I can get my chicks!!
P.S. Greetings to Oz from the "other Oz," Kansas! We visited Australia for 3 weeks in 2000, and my red slippers got us safely back to Kansas!

We visited Perth and Exmouth and Darwin and Gladstone, as well as Sydney and Ayers Rock, and fell completely in love with your country! I love the way the Internet puts us in touch with other chicken-lovers on the other side of the world! Cheers!

It's great the internet, I love it.

I am ashamed to say but I haven't seen as many places in australia as you have

We used to live in Brisbane and I hated it

I am not a city girl. Now the most I can stay there without getting REALLY edgy is about six hours.
I went to New south wales for the first time a week ago and stayed at a place called kingscliff for most of the time but we did go to dorrigo for a while. and we have been all over Tasmania, going back in march.
