Please help! Do I need to put coconut oil on pip?

It's pipped right on the line where the air cell ends. The chick was moving in a way that is similar to the "throbbing" like motion they make when shadowing.
Does this look OK? Do I need to do anything?

Looks like all of the veins are absorbed. Do you see any?
Give him an hour, if nothing happens then open his air cell. Like in the pics.

The last 2 pics are mine. The other 2 aren't. Just similar to these. Aim to make it like the one in the last pic though. It won't hurt him, but will give you a very helpful window.

No I did not see any veins either. Since the pip is right at the air cell, should I just start from there and slowly open the air cell? Or would it be better if I started my own pip in the top of the egg and open the air cell from there? I guess either thing ends up with the same ending, so it doesn't really matter, but I would rather double check

I would make your own hole. That way she can continue from her pip and possibly (best case scenario) hatch on her own. She looks ready to me then.

So should I wait the hour or go ahead? If it's safe, I'd like to go ahead so I can let my bantam girls out to free range (I like to stay with them), but if it's better to wait, I'm perfectly fine with that as well.

I opened it up a little bit (about a dime size opening) and put some coconut oil on the inner membrane and found blood in the vessels. Thankfully there was no bleeding, no broken inner membrane, or anything like that. I just put the egg back. I can see it now and humidity is up to 75%

Perfect!
