Please help duck cant walk!!!

My duck has improved so much energy wise but is still unable to walk. I have a pond and try to encourage it to swim to exercise its legs but almost a month later it still cant walk. I'm at my wits end. There aren't vets who accept ducks near me and I've given him plenty of vitamins through his water and food. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
