So that’s all about what I went through with my runner duck.
Majestic waterfall sanctuary also recommends the oxine AH nebulizer treatments
If you click on aspergillosis in the diagnostic chart, it takes you to an article about how to use the oxine
Is there any way you can take your duck to a vet?
Another question is do you ever use straw and have you ever used any of that? Maybe smelled a little bit musty?
I found a vet that can see birds a couple hours away from me. I don't know if they'll let me make an appointment tomorrow, but I can try. I use pine shavings and pellets in their house, and clean out the muck daily, and add more if needed. It hasn't smelled musty or damp in there.

Excellent so hopefully the Baytril will knock it out 🙏

The oxine nebulizer is good for respiratory problems even if they're bacterial, it's good stuff

One of my muscovy had a similar symptoms in the spring of 2023. He was sulky -- didn't want to know me or his flock mates. I gave him 3 days' Baytril which was a huge struggle with a 15lb muscovy that did NOT want it. As there was no obvious improvement, I stopped it. I decided to just keep him comfortable with extra peas and meal worms, and ducky soup -- made my mashing his pellets in warm water. His breathing was bad for weeks -- I forlornly tried using my own asthma inhaler with his whole bill inside a plastic water bottle that I filled with ventolin but I doubt much got near his lungs. There were no vets willing to see a duck anywhere near where I live -- even University of Florida Small Animals veterinary service in Gainesville doesn't see ducks. So, we were on our own.

His breathing slowly improved over 6 or 7 weeks, and after about 3 months he started getting his Moxy back. By the late summer, he was back on the top of the pecking order. I did get oxine to fumigate the coup but didn't use it as none of the other ducks were ill.

Please see the vet that you are lucky to have access to. I hope an antibiotic works, but if not don't lose hope: a healthy duck and fight infections and recover like mine did
