Please help! Duck with limpy leg, bumble foot, wet feather

Thanks! I’ve been using the green goo poultry first aid on her as well. It has comfrey in it, but other things too. Do you think the pure comfrey is more potent?
Looked at the ingredients and it’s a wholly beneficial salve (which is great), but comfrey is like the fourth ingredient listed which makes me think the quantities used are not concentrated enough. The first three listed (calendula, plantain, and chickweed) seem to help with inflammation due to skin irritation where comfrey helps with deep tissue issues.

It’s all herbal medicine though, so what you’re doing is probably helping as much as it can! If you do want to get a more concentrated amount, I get mine from BumblingAcresFarm on Etsy. It’s double infused and the texture is amazing 💜

Hey! I have an update on Holly. We will be going to the vet tomorrow as she has developed coughing and wheezing. The tricide neo has been working great for her bumble though. Unfortunately when I was soaking her Friday she did get one sip of it and coughed. I gave her lots of fresh water after that. I heard her cough once the next day. Today her breathing is bad, I’m wondering do any of you guys think it could be from the sip of tricide neo or just a coincidence and unfortunately she’s just very sick? Thanks!

Unfortunately Holly isn’t doing well. The vet said he believes it’s a heart condition or an infection. She can’t breathe well at all and is really struggling. She’s currently on 2 antibiotics, 2 heart medicines, an anti-fungal medication, and an anti-inflammatory. We’re also nebulizing her. So crazy how she went from having more physical injury type ailments to being so sick. I’m really worried about her. The vet said we’re doing everything possible so just have to see how the medication works.

She didn’t make it. I let her rest in her house in the pen after her last nebulization and she was gone when I checked on her. I think she may have had an underlying condition for some time maybe. She would pant a lot in the heat while my other duck didn’t but who knows. I’m glad she’s no longer suffering but wish she didn’t have to suffer so much.
