Please help! Dying chick

Hi there! I am very nervous about one of my chicks, she is a 2 week old Buff Orpington, yesterday she was the liveliest of the bunch, going around playing with all the others, she is definitely boss! Today when I came home from work, she was sleeping, I picked her up and she was limp, when I set her down, she just lied down and closed her eyes. She won't get up, eat, or drink. I fed her some home made electrolyte water through a syringe a few minutes ago, but I need to know if there's anything else I can do or if anyone knows what may be wrong. She is one of my favorites. Thank you!

She also has been kind of twitching her head every once in a while, as if something was in her ear or eye.

Or try a sugar water recipe. I really hope she gets better
