Another thought, would be cancer. But I would treat her malnourishment to see if she gains weight. Rapid weightloss is a common symptom of cancer.

I would check her crop for a sour smell, just incase she has sour crop. It'll rule this out if her breath is normal.

Primary feed can be turned into a wet mash, & can have poultry vitamins mixed in, or the water can have vitamins in it.

I just went to check on her now and she has passed away.

That's unfortunate. If you are willing too you could have a necropsy done(At home), or at a state lab.

She's not looking great at all.

You could try dropping some water to her, in her beak with a syringe or eye dropper, & possibly force feed some feed. Just a small amount to start, & maybe perk her up a bit.
