Please help egg bound

Hi, can anybody help?
One of my chickens seems to be egg bound (i think). She seems to be straining, looks very unwell, and not interested in anything, her back keeps going up and down. What do you think?

I haven't had that trouble yet, but I think I read on here that a warm bath might help.

This happened to one of my chickens once. I gave her a warm bath every day in the AM and PM for about five days, on the third day she let out a BOMB of poo. I am warning you now so that you are prepared. It was about the size of a small baseball and let off the most awful stink

I took a small rubber-maid tote and filled it with enough warm water to cover her back when she stood upright in it. I held her in it for about 15 minutes each time. She actually grew to like her daily baths. Give your hen baths for about five days, and then wait two more. If she still doesn't lay, start the baths again, and after each morning bath try putting olive oil around and in her vent.

Gross I know, but it might help.
