Please help emergency

So sorry to hear that your hen is so ill. She looks grey and verry weak in your photo. I would bring her inside if possible in a basket or dog crate, and get her warm--add a light on her or put a heat pad under her on low. Hold a small cup with water up to her beak to get her to drink--dip her beak for a second to get her started. Electrolytes, such as Save a Chick can be added. Gatorade, Pedialyte can be used in a pinch. Someone suggested NutriDrench earlier, and you can give it a drop at a time into her beak, letting her swallow. Dosage is 2 or 3 ml daily. Offer some chopped egg and her usual feed. Have you inserted a finger into her vent 1-2 inches to feel for a hard egg? It will feel soft if no egg.

So she normally lays every day and hasn’t laid in two days? Are you comfortable with gently putting a finger in her vent (egg laying hole) and seeing if you feel an egg? Is her tail lowered? Is she sort of pumping it?
Ok she has it lowered she just took out some white stuff from her back in her hole

Like the hole where she lays an egg?
Could it be that she has a crushed egg inside her?

Is she in a warm place?
Poor thing doesn't look too good. I am so sorry.

Can you tell if she had a broken egg come out of her vent? If so, you will need to feel inside to get the rest of it out. Sometimes they can be egg bound with a rubbery egg, and it can burst and look like a wrinkled up little sac. If a hard egg breaks inside there may be leftover pieces of shell that need to be removed. Get her drinking as soon as possible, but only if she is alert enough.

Thank you eveverone for your concern and help unfortunately she passed away I still don't know why but she's in a better place thank you all

I'm so sorry to hear that!
At least she wasn't suffering for a long time.

It would be worthwhile to send her body for a necropsy. Maybe they can find a cause.
