Please Help, First time butchering a Turkey.

I found this in the innards, the bird appeared healthy prior to preparing him for the freezer. I don’t know what it is or know if it’s a sign of disease. Any advice would be appreciated. Two of the Turkeys has this so far. They are white broad breasted about 30lbs.

They were obviously hens. Those would have eventually been laid as eggs if the hens had lived long enough. Toms will have testicles not eggs.
 
Thank you for the feedback. I feel much better knowing that those are eggs and not some weird growth. I have butchered many chickens and have never seen this.
