here is the tablet and her crop isn’t very full

She should be able to swallow that, it won't hurt her!
If you're not comfortable giving her the whole thing you could just break it in half and give her each half separately.

Yes, dry. Just pop it in her beak and she'll swallow it.

we also cannot feel an egg.

She may not be egg bound but may be dealing with a reproduction issue instead.
