Thanks to everyone
My mum watched the videos which she said were a great help and went out and sorted Rocky lol
She managed to get a lump out , this came out through the corner of the eye she saie but the other lump still seems to be there just below her eye

She said she can see puss in her mouth too where it connects to the beak

She has cleaned it and starting anti biotics..

How much pain do you think Rocky is in ? Would anything help just now for pain relief ? Can only imagine it must be sore

Your vet could order meloxicam if she seems in pain, or you could use aspirin orally 81 mg twice a day, or in the water 325 mg every 240 ml of water.

Glad that your mum has started working on the gunk in the eye and sinus. It may take a few tries.
