Is it scabby at the skin or just some feathers coming in?

Why doesn’t anyone think it’s from picking feathers out to lay on eggs? I’ve got 3 of 5 hens doing this right now.
Is this hen laying? Hens lay at about 18 weeks. Is she broody?
My Black Australorp has picked her whole underside bald from March to DEcember since she was 6 months old.

She is laying like crazy recently and she won’t lay in her nesting boxes she lays on the wooden floor. This makes all the sense of the location and all. I will put something more comfortable down for her if this is the case. I’ve been using diatomaceous earth food grade Incase it was lice. That’s why I assumed it couldn’t be lice.

I dont see a issue in the pics I think I even see new feather pins? Hens can pull out their breast feathers if they are nesting does she have any other symptoms? Hens with bug issues will preen excessively and can start to act differently how old is the hen?
