At 14 weeks she looks like a she to me. Although I'm no expert and could be wrong. But judging by what the pictures look like and what my pullets of almost the exact same age look like I'm going hen.

Now for those of you saying Roo/cockerel can you tell me why? I thought I had read on EE's coloring that a male will have more splotchy coloring and a female will have more even coloring. Also that Roo's grow/mature faster. My MIL had got 11 pullets from Tractor Supply two died shortly after but there are a a couple (all same age as mine but I didn't get mine from TSC) that are way bigger and there combs are huge and bright red with big thick legs etc.
I'm still new to chickens for the most part so all I can do is go by what I've read which is why I ask why you guys say cockerel

Look at the saddle feathers of your chicken in question. ( google images, not mine ) See how they're sharp? They're still coming in, but the're going to get more apparent. Here's a pic of a cockerel's saddle feathers:

And, a hen:

Hen's won't get those sharp feathers that drape like that. You can even compare them to the hen behind him in the second picture you posted.
