please help i think i have made a mistake

hi there yesterday i visited a farm and picked up two 1 year old warrens, they were being kept in a smelly disgusting place and looked sorry for themselves, both have feathers missing on their bellies but this morning all my hen are leaking like a water from their bums! what could this be?

Did you put them in with your current chooks right away?

I would give them electrolytes in their water as that seems to be one of those cure-all type things for stress and illness. As for what else to do, I don't know the answer but I do know that whoever will know will want to know if there are more symptoms that just clear runny poo.

You should never put new birds in with your established flock. You need to quarentine them at least a month in order to be sure that any diseases/illnesses they have do not cross over into your established flock.

How are your birds doing now?
