Please help! Injured quail toe/foot - pics included

I noticed this evening that one of my girls has a hurt foot/leg. I don’t see any open wounds. It looks like she’s missing part of her toe, possibly? She’s walking and doesn’t seem really bothered by it. I soaked it in epsom salt and she did seem to like that.
I’m just confused.
I would appreciate any help!

She will be ok.

Either another quail pecked it off, she got it caught on something and it ripped off or a mouse ate it off.

What does your cage look like?

I'd leave her alone. Soaking her is only going to stress her out. A soak is not worth the stress.

Thank you! Ugh - hopefully no mice. That’s my fear. She’s on the rack 2nd from the top. No birds are on the bottom level bc of the hens.

4. I know ended up with way too many males. That will be resolved soon.
