PLEASE HELP! Is there a problem??

This chicken hatched around 14 hours ago, and although most of the placenta has fallen off, there is still a red bump around it’s rear area. Should I be concerned? What is going on? Do I need to help the chick?

As long as other chicks are not picking at this one there isn't much to do except wait.

Make sure no one else is picking at it and make sure there is absolutely nothing inside the brooder that it can get caught on.

Okay, I will do just that! Does this look like a prolapsed vent? Will it go away?
