Please help.. Lethargic pullet

Hello! Hope someone can tell me what I should do. I got a pullet from a friend about 3 days ago. She is a Polish hen. Her eyes were closed at the time I got her, but I hoped it was just a coincidence or the light. She is still keeping them closed most of the time for the past 3 days. She was active with the other chickens, but this morning she is hiding in a box, perching behind the nester and not wanting to come out. Her eyes are not swollen, but her nostrils seem clogged. None of the other chickens I brought home are exhibiting the same behavior. Please help. Thank you!!
