Please help Loretta :(

For a few days now my girl Loretta has not been feeling well, I first noticed this when I saw her walking like a penguin, my first thought was egg bound however after doing everything for that it ended up not being that, then a group online said she had the classic symptoms for water belly, so I did my research & after watching multiple videos went to the local tractor supply & got the supplies needed to try & drain the fluid. Well this is what came out, the needle would not pull back it seemed like whatever was in there was thicker then just fluid. A few days ago the swelling was about the size of a big egg and now it has tripled in size. I added a photo off the color of the fluid that came out, as you can see it’s not yellow color like it should be. I don’t know what to do please help me help Loretta, TYSVM in advance

Where did you stick the needle? Looks like pus, it might not be treatable this far progressed.
